Race Name: WKS Marcus ADOPTED

Color: Red  Sex: Male  DOB: 2/1/08  Weight: 79 lbs.

Foster says: Marcus is a very happy, fun-loving boy who is adapting well to the life of young retiree.  He loves rawhides, stuffy toys, and is very food motivated.  A baby pool is his favorite place to be when he is outside.  He is spending his days with his two greyhound sisters and two cats and is learning to be a gentleman.  Marcus is also learning quickly how to walk on a lead.  Could Marcus be the one for you?

Nimby Panther

Color: Blk  Sex: Male  DOB: 12/8/06  Weight: 75 lbs.

Foster says:Panther has adjusted very quickly to the life of a retired racing greyhound. He understands ( and listens to) no, was housebroken immediately, a black face staring into my face in bed on Tuesday morning, what a boy! He can climb the steps from the yard to the house, but still is leary of cars and steep steps. His coat is shiny black, the grromer adored him and advised a supplemnet to help his skin. He loves to be brushed, but does not appear to shed. He loves to go for walks both in the neighborhood and at the park, very friendly with people and children we meet, but I keep him on a short lead with very little children. He was wonderful with my grand children ages 4 and 7, curious about all the dogs he has met tail wagging and nose sniffing. He is just as happy as can be as a couch potato, but on his bed or floor, never on furniture. Panther will love anyone that pets him and returns his love, and is ready for a permanent home.
